American Idol season 8 winner Kris Allen has come far from his Idol days. He took the stage at the Roxy on April 6, 2017.
Kris played songs off his most recent album Letting You In, and hit tracks off Horizons and Thank You Camellia.
By interacting with the crowd, Kris was able to keep all eyes on him. His cover of Katy Perry’s Chained to the Rhythm was a hit that had everyone singing along.
Of course, when Live Like We’re Dying started playing, the audience went nuts.
When Kris Allen’s set was about to end, he said goodbye to the crowd with a personalized fare well song about how he wished he could stay longer.
